A top-tier national law firm with a prominent employment practice seeks a senior associate for its New York office. The role focuses on employment law matters for employers, with particular emphasis on mid-stage and emerging companies navigating complex workplace issues.

The work:

• Litigate employment disputes ranging from individual employee claims to class-action and collective-action matters
• Advise on wage payment laws, classification disputes, and wage-and-hour regulatory compliance
• Manage workplace investigations and support disciplinary processes
• Prepare and review employment documents including offer letters, policies, separation packages, and compensation structures
• Navigate state and federal leave-of-absence laws and regulatory obligations
• Provide strategic counsel on employment-related risks and operational issues

What they're looking for:

• Five or more years in employment law covering both litigation and advisory work
• Mastery of New York's employment law framework
• Demonstrated ability to handle complex, multi-party litigation
• First-rate legal education and active New York bar status
• Client-focused counsel and business acumen

Compensation: $365,000–$390,000 plus discretionary bonus eligibility.
