Securitization & Structured Finance Associate, Multiple US Locations · Vault Top 25 Firm

A Vault-ranked finance practice specializing in asset-backed securities and structured credit transactions. The team designs, structures, and documents ABS offerings and other securitized financings across various asset classes, with particular depth in specialty assets. Positions available across multiple US offices.

The work:

• Structuring and documenting asset-backed securities offerings
• Negotiating transaction documents for securitized credit arrangements
• Managing all phases of ABS deal execution from structuring through closing
• Building expertise in asset classes beyond traditional residential and commercial mortgage backed securities

What they're looking for:

• 3+ years of securitization or structured finance experience (typically class of 2023 or earlier)
• Demonstrated proficiency in ABS transaction documentation and structure
• Strong analytical skills and attention to complex deal mechanics
• Background in specialty asset classes, alternative finance, or esoteric ABS a plus
• Base salary: $260,000+
