Vault Top 20 firm seeking a real estate finance associate with 4-7 years of big law experience for its New York office. The position focuses on lender-side real estate financing, emphasizing the drafting and negotiation of complex loan documentation and transaction structures.

The work:

• Drafting and negotiating loan agreements and financing documents
• Managing real estate finance transactions from closing preparation to execution
• Conducting due diligence and document reviews
• Advising institutional lenders on financing structures and terms
• Coordinating with borrowers, co-lenders, and other transaction parties
