Work includes drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, joint ventures, leases, development agreements and real estate finance documents, due diligence, and supporting M&A, private equity, fund formation and debt finance teams. Requires at least 3 years of general real estate experience in a large firm, including borrower and lender financing work, and bar admission in the relevant city. Compensation $225,000–$390,000.
