Real Estate Associate, Multiple US Locations · Vault Top 50 Firm

A major global law firm seeks a midlevel associate for its Real Estate practice. Positions in Chicago, Pittsburgh, Raleigh, or Seattle. You'll work with experienced lawyers on increasingly complex deals with clear opportunities for mentoring and expanded client contact.

The work:

• Advise on purchase, sale, and financing of real estate assets
• Handle due diligence in real estate transactions
• Manage leasing, development, and joint venture deals
• Work on increasingly complex matters with expanding responsibility

What they're looking for:

• 3-6 years of real estate law experience, ideally in sophisticated practice
• Strong academic credentials and communication skills
• Self-starter who works well independently and in teams
• Commitment to high-quality client service

Base compensation: $240,000-$365,000 based on experience.
