Real Estate Associate, Multiple US Locations · National Real Estate Firm

A national real estate practice is adding a mid-level associate across its regional offices. The role focuses on transactional work including acquisitions, development, property management, and structured financing. You'll manage the full transaction lifecycle from structuring and documentation through negotiation and closing, with exposure to complex joint ventures and multi-party deals.

The work:

• Prepare and negotiate purchase and sale agreements
• Structure development and joint venture transactions
• Handle property management and leasing documentation
• Manage borrower-side financing and capital structure matters
• Work across concurrent transactions with varying complexity

What they're looking for:

• 3+ years of transactional real estate experience
• Purchase and sale, development, and finance background
• Joint venture and capital deployment experience preferred
• Excellent academic credentials
• Strong writing and problem-solving skills
