Real Estate Associate (Hospitality), Los Angeles / New York · Leading Real Estate Firm

Established real estate practice seeking an experienced associate to handle hospitality-focused transactions in its Los Angeles or New York offices.

The work:

• Negotiate and draft hospitality real estate agreements including management and branding contracts
• Handle transactions involving hotel, resort, and mixed-use property acquisition, disposition, leasing, development, construction, and financing
• Prepare and review project documentation and lender requirements
• Take ownership of transactions from initial negotiation through closing
• Interface directly with clients and manage complex deal flow

What they're looking for:

• 3-6 years of real estate transactional experience, preferably with hospitality sector background
• Proven ability to draft and negotiate core transaction documents
• Current admission to practice in California and/or New York
• Prior experience in a large law firm environment
• Client-facing competence and capacity to lead matters independently when appropriate
