You'll develop expertise across real estate finance, handling both lender and borrower representations in complex deals. The work:

• Negotiate, draft, and structure real estate finance transactions
• Represent lenders and borrowers in complex financing arrangements
• Handle joint venture agreements and purchase/sale documentation
• Support land use and development projects
• Work directly with partners on high-value transactions across a national platform

• 2-3 years of substantive real estate transactional experience
