A leading real estate firm seeks mid-to-senior associates for its Dallas and New York offices. You'll work on sophisticated real estate transactions spanning development, acquisitions, and financing matters.

The work:

• Purchase and sale transactions, often involving complex financing and structuring
• Leasing negotiations and documentation for various property types
• Development projects, from site acquisition through build-out
• Joint venture formation and management
• Real estate due diligence and regulatory compliance

What they're looking for:

• 3 to 8 years of real estate transaction experience
• Strong academic credentials
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work both collaboratively and independently on transactions
• Compensation: $310,000–$445,000 annually, based on experience
