Mid-Level Trademark & Copyright Associate, Multiple US Locations · Vault Top 30 Firm

Mid-level position with a Vault Top 30 intellectual property firm. You'll manage global trademark portfolios, develop multi-jurisdictional filing and enforcement strategies, and work with established clients across diverse industries.

The work:

• Conducting trademark clearance across multiple jurisdictions
• Developing global trademark filing and enforcement programs
• Managing large trademark portfolios
• Prosecuting trademark applications and handling enforcement matters
• Working with brand-conscious clients on portfolio strategy

What they're looking for:

• Minimum five years of brand management and trademark practice
• Experience with high-volume, multi-jurisdictional trademark matters
• Strong legal analysis and writing skills
• Organized, detail-oriented approach to complex work
• Track record managing large portfolios
• Bar admission required
• TTAB experience preferred but not required

Nine US office locations available. Compensation $280,000-$350,000.
