An intellectual property group is recruiting an associate for its trademark, copyright, advertising and media practice. The role covers trademark, copyright, and advertising matters, including counseling and prosecution work as well as contentious matters in court and before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board, Copyright Office, and National Advertising Division. Ideal candidates have 2-5 years of experience in trademark law; experience with copyright, advertising, licensing, sweepstakes, and privacy matters is a plus. Strong academic credentials and written and oral communication skills required. Hybrid schedule of three days per week in office.
