Mid-Level Commercial Real Estate Associate, Multiple US Locations · Amlaw 100 Firm

This role combines high-volume transaction work with complex cross-border deal execution. As a mid-level associate, you'll advise institutional investors and developers on purchases, sales, and financings of commercial properties spanning office, industrial, healthcare, hospitality, and other sectors. The work includes structuring acquisitions, reviewing contracts and title documentation, managing environmental and zoning assessments, and negotiating lease and loan agreements. You'll work across multiple offices, collaborating with tax, construction, and zoning specialists on projects ranging from acquisition through development completion. The firm works with leading institutional clients and private equity funds. Candidates should have four to six years of commercial real estate experience at a nationally recognized law firm, excellent analytical and negotiation skills, and bar admission in their target jurisdiction. Compensation range $215,000 to $310,000 annually.
