The work:
- Advise on fund formation, structuring, and operational matters
- Support private fund clients on investment and regulatory compliance
- Draft and negotiate fund documentation and investor agreements
- Counsel on securities regulations and compliance requirements
- Handle multiple concurrent fund matters
What they're looking for:
- 3-5 years of experience in private funds or related investment management practice
- Admission to New York, DC, or California bar
- Strong academic credentials
- Multi-office flexibility (New York, Washington DC, San Francisco)
- Competitive compensation: $225,000-$435,000 based on experience level
