Join the labor and employment practice at a Vault Top 10 firm as a mid-level associate. You'll focus on OSHA compliance and workplace safety matters, representing employers across diverse industries in managing occupational safety and health regulatory challenges.

The work:

• Advise on OSHA compliance strategies, inspections, investigations, and enforcement proceedings
• Represent employers in interactions with OSHA and other workplace safety agencies
• Conduct internal investigations and develop compliance responses
• Handle employment litigation and related counseling matters
• Research and draft materials on complex workplace safety issues

What they're looking for:

• Three to four years of law firm labor and employment experience
• Substantive OSHA and workplace safety background
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
• Current bar admission or eligibility for prompt admission
• Candidates based in California, Seattle, Chicago, Houston, or Washington, DC are particularly encouraged
