Premier media and entertainment litigation firm seeks a mid-level associate (3-5 years) for offices in New York or Washington, D.C., representing leading names in news, publishing, entertainment, and technology on complex, high-profile matters.

The work:

• Litigation on behalf of major media and entertainment clients
• First Amendment and intellectual property issues
• Discovery, motion practice, and legal vetting of complex matters
• Collaborate closely with partners and clients on litigation strategy
• Handle high-stakes disputes and transactional legal matters

What they're looking for:

• 3-5 years of complex litigation experience
• Proven motion and discovery practice
• Excellent analytical and writing skills
• First Amendment and IP experience preferred
• Licensed to practice in Washington, D.C. or New York
• Problem-solving approach and strong client service orientation
• Proactive, self-directed work style
