A Vault top-tier law firm seeks a midlevel to senior associate for its labor and employment practice in Washington, DC. You'll handle complex employment litigation, trials, and investigations involving federal and state employment law.

The work:

• Litigate discrimination, retaliation, and wrongful termination claims
• Handle restrictive covenant, wage and hour, and class action disputes
• Conduct investigations and represent clients in state and federal courts
• Manage litigation strategy and client relations for high-stakes matters

What they're looking for:

• 3-8 years in employment litigation (midlevel to senior level)
• Active Washington, DC Bar membership
• Track record handling discrimination, wage and hour, class action, and whistleblower claims
• Trial and deposition experience
• Ability to manage complex multi-party litigation

Compensation ranges from $225,000 to $435,000 based on experience and market factors.
