A leading labor and employment firm seeks a litigation associate with 2-7 years of wage and hour and class action experience for its Seattle office.

The work:

• Handle wage and hour class actions and employment litigation from intake through resolution
• Develop litigation strategy and manage cases with partner oversight
• Take increasing responsibility for complex employment matters
• Build relationships with clients and opposing counsel

What they're looking for:

• 2-7 years of labor and employment litigation experience, with substantial wage and hour focus
• Admission to Washington Bar or waivable equivalent
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple matters independently and work collaboratively with senior attorneys
