A leading employment law firm is hiring a labor and employment associate for its San Francisco Bay Area offices. The firm focuses exclusively on representing employers in employment matters and maintains extensive resources across the region. You'll handle wage and hour litigation, PAGA claims, and class action defense. This hybrid role offers exposure to significant client matters and the opportunity to deepen expertise in employment litigation and counseling.

The work:

• Handle wage and hour and PAGA litigation matters
• Develop and execute class action defense strategies
• Provide employment law counseling and analysis
• Support complex litigation matters through all phases
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients

What they're looking for:

• 3 to 6 years of labor and employment law experience
• California bar admission (required)
• Strong academic credentials
• Substantive background in wage and hour, PAGA, and class action work
• Excellent research and writing skills
• Ability to manage significant responsibility in litigation
