Labor & Employment Associate, Philadelphia · AmLaw 100 Firm

This AmLaw 100 firm's Labor & Employment Practice represents clients in employment litigation, trade secret disputes, and administrative proceedings. The role involves case management, motion practice, and client counseling with opportunities to develop trial experience and independent case ownership.

The work:

• Employment litigation including discrimination, wrongful termination, and retaliation claims
• Wage-and-hour class action and collective action defense
• Trade secret and non-compete/restrictive covenant litigation
• Administrative matters before employment agencies and boards
• Counseling on employment law compliance and hiring practices

What they're looking for:

• 4-7 years of employment litigation experience
• Admission to practice in Pennsylvania (required)
• Admission in Delaware and/or New Jersey (preferred)
• Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage cases independently and move matters forward efficiently
• Comfort juggling multiple matters concurrently
• Strong academic record with writing sample provided

Compensation: $270,000–$315,000 annually, plus performance and discretionary bonuses, health insurance, disability, life insurance, and 401(k) plan.
