This global law firm's labor and employment practice works with major national companies on a range of employment matters. The team handles both transactional work and litigation, from drafting policies to representing clients in complex disputes. You'd join as a mid-level associate in their Los Angeles or San Francisco office.

The work:

• Draft employment agreements, restrictive covenants, and company policies
• Provide employment counseling to client executives
• Litigate employment claims, including single-plaintiff disputes and class actions
• Support traditional labor matters and OSHA compliance work

What they're looking for:

• 2 to 4 years of relevant experience
• Strong legal research and writing skills
• California bar membership
• Background in employment law, litigation, or labor relations
• Demonstrated analytical and advocacy abilities

Compensation: $225,000 to $275,000, plus discretionary bonuses tied to productivity and business development.
