A national labor and employment firm seeks a senior associate with 5-7 years of employment law defense experience. You'll represent employers in complex litigation including wage and hour class actions, PAGA cases, and discrimination and harassment matters. The firm maintains a collaborative culture with experienced partners from top employment practices. Flexible remote and hybrid work arrangements available across southern California.

The work:

• Employment litigation in federal and state courts
• Wage and hour class action defense
• PAGA litigation and related claims
• Discrimination, harassment, and retaliation disputes
• Discovery management and pleadings drafting
• Workplace investigations and fact development
• Client counseling on employment compliance

What they're looking for:

• 5-7 years of California employment law defense experience
• Strong litigation skills and court experience
• Substantive expertise in wage and hour and PAGA matters
• Excellent legal research and writing ability
• Alternative dispute resolution experience preferred
• California State Bar admission required
• Strong team contributor and client counselor
• Base salary $250,000 to $300,000 plus discretionary bonus
