The work:

• Employment litigation and client counseling
• Drafting and negotiating employment agreements, separation agreements, and restrictive covenants
• Wage and hour compliance analysis, classification issues, and regulatory strategy
• Leave of absence administration and employment policy review
• Employment law components of corporate transactions and integrations

What they're looking for:

• 3 to 5 years of employment law experience with litigation and/or counseling background
• Active Massachusetts bar admission required
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Prior corporate transaction experience valued but not required
• Compensation: $235k to $365k depending on background
