Labor Associate, Multiple US Locations · National Labor and Employment Firm

A West Coast law firm seeks a midlevel labor attorney with four to six years of experience to expand its employment law practice. You'll handle labor relations and employment disputes for employers across the firm's Seattle, Portland, Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Anchorage offices.

The work:

• Represent employers in union matters, collective bargaining, grievances, and arbitration
• Handle NLRB proceedings and defense of unfair labor practice charges
• Draft briefs, motions, and legal memoranda
• Advise clients on compliance and labor relations strategy
• Manage litigation matters from pleadings through resolution

• 4-6 years of labor and employment law experience
• Track record with NLRB proceedings
