• Conduct workplace audits, internal investigations, and management training
• Perform compliance risk assessments and develop strategies tailored to client business goals
• Partner with HR leaders and in-house counsel to address employee relations and termination matters

What they're looking for:

• 3–6 years of employment counseling experience with California and national employers
• Strong drafting and legal research skills
• Excellent judgment and ability to identify client risks
• Proven client relationship-building with business and HR stakeholders
• Occupational safety and prevailing wage compliance experience strongly preferred
• Licensed and in good standing with California State Bar
