Labor and Employment Associate, Seattle · Vault Top 30 Firm

Vault Top 30 law firm seeks a labor and employment associate with 3–5 years of litigation experience to join its Seattle practice. The practice handles complex employment matters across all scales.

The work:

• Single-plaintiff and class action employment litigation
• Wage and hour matters, including collective and class actions
• Internal workplace investigations and disputes
• Restrictive covenant and non-compete litigation
• Arbitration and alternative dispute resolution
• Motion practice and comprehensive discovery, including ESI

What they're looking for:

• 3–5 years of employment law or equivalent litigation experience with demonstrated interest in labor and employment
• Excellent academic credentials with strong writing and analytical skills
• Proficiency in motion practice and discovery management
• Active Washington Bar admission required
• Candidates from other practice areas with strong commitment to labor and employment work will be considered
