An AmLaw 100 firm seeks a labor attorney for its San Francisco office to handle complex employment litigation. The position targets mid-to-senior practitioners with substantial courtroom experience in wage-and-hour disputes and class actions.

The work:

• Litigate employment claims in federal and state court, from individual plaintiff cases to multiparty class actions
• Conduct depositions, manage discovery, and prepare for trial
• Advise clients on employment compliance, policies, and workplace counseling
• Handle wage-and-hour, discrimination, and other employment-related disputes

What they're looking for:

• Minimum five years of employment litigation experience
• Proven deposition and courtroom experience
• Active California bar license
• Working knowledge of Federal Court Rules and e-discovery procedures

Salary range $365k–$435k, with competitive benefits, 401(k), paid family leave, and tuition support.
