Top-tier law firm seeks a mid-level employment lawyer for its Philadelphia or Wilmington office. You'll handle the full spectrum of employment litigation for sophisticated clients.

The work:

• Litigate single-plaintiff employment cases and wage and hour disputes
• Handle class action employment litigation and internal investigations
• Manage restrictive covenant disputes and employment arbitrations
• Prepare motions, discovery, and conduct depositions
• Build client relationships and provide strategic counsel

What they're looking for:

• 4-5 years of employment litigation experience at a large law firm
• Expertise in wage and hour, class actions, and investigations
• Strong writing, research, and analytical skills
• Solid academic credentials
• Active Pennsylvania or Delaware bar membership
