Labor and Employment Associate, New York · Vault Top 10 Firm
A leading employment law team seeks a mid-level associate to work on employment litigation and related matters in New York.
The work:
- Single-plaintiff employment claims, wage and hour litigation, and class action defense
- Internal investigations and restrictive covenant disputes
- Arbitrations and related proceedings
- Motion practice and discovery management, including electronic discovery
What they're looking for:
- Three to five years of law firm experience
- At least two years focused on employment litigation
- Experience with motion drafting, discovery, and investigation work
- Strong research, writing, and analytical capabilities
- Active New York bar membership
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
