Mid-market firm with labor and employment practice focused on hospitality sector clients including restaurants, hotels, and entertainment venues. This role combines counseling on workplace matters with litigation in discrimination and wage-and-hour claims.

The work:

• Employment counseling on discrimination and wage-and-hour issues
• Class action wage-and-hour litigation
• Labor relations advising for hospitality clients
• New York wage and hour law compliance

What they're looking for:

• 2-5 years of labor and employment experience
• First-chair litigation experience in discrimination or wage-and-hour matters required
• Class action wage-and-hour litigation background
• Knowledge of New York State and NYC employment law
• Hospitality industry experience preferred
• Current New York bar admission required
