The work:

• Employment discrimination and retaliation claims
• Whistleblower protection matters
• Wage and hour litigation and compliance
• Trade secret misappropriation and restrictive covenant disputes
• Client counseling on employment law compliance
• Document review and litigation management

• 4 to 7 years of employment law litigation or counseling experience
• Strong academic background and excellent writing skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships

• Compensation: $295,000 to $370,000, based on experience
