Mid-level labor and employment associate position in Minneapolis office of a 650-lawyer national firm. This role focuses on employment litigation including wage and hour collective actions, class actions, and single-plaintiff disputes, plus employment counseling requiring increasingly complex advice.

The work:

• Manage single-plaintiff employment cases and play substantial roles in complex litigation
• Draft and respond to discovery
• Deposition practice and witness interviews
• Employment law brief writing and legal memoranda
• Trial work as assigned
• Provide employment law advice and counsel

What they're looking for:

• Four to six years of employment litigation and counseling experience in a law firm
• Minnesota bar admission or eligibility to become admitted
• Strong analytical and writing abilities
