Labor and Employment Associate, Boston · Leading National Firm

A leading national law firm seeks a mid-level labor and employment associate for its Boston office. The practice handles complex employment matters for major national companies, with particular strength in litigation and labor compliance.

The work:

• Counsel clients on employment law issues and policy matters
• Draft employment agreements, policies, and restrictive covenant language
• Handle litigation across single-plaintiff claims and class actions
• Support labor and OSHA compliance matters
• Conduct research and analysis on employment law issues
• Work with senior attorneys from matter intake through resolution

What they're looking for:

• 2-4 years of employment law experience
• Strong academic credentials and writing/research skills
• Background in employment litigation, labor matters, or both
• Active Massachusetts Bar membership
• Ability to manage multiple matters with shifting priorities
• Analytical rigor and client advocacy skills

Compensation includes a competitive base salary (range $225,000–$275,000 annually) plus bonus and benefits.
