Junior Real Estate Associate, New York · Magic Circle Firm

A Magic Circle firm's New York office is seeking a junior real estate associate with 1-3 years of big law transactional experience. This role provides strong exposure across the practice's core transaction types and includes mentorship from experienced practitioners.

The work:

• Support acquisitions and dispositions of real estate
• Assist with joint venture documentation and deal structuring
• Contribute to development transactions and project financing matters
• Prepare and review transactional documentation
• Support closings and post-closing compliance matters

What they're looking for:

• 1-3 years of transactional real estate experience at a major law firm
• Working knowledge of acquisitions, dispositions, and development transactions
• Experience with or exposure to lease negotiations
• Strong written communication and document preparation skills
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent matters
• New York Bar admission required
• Compensation $225k–$260k
