A top-tier AmLaw 10 firm seeks an associate with 3+ years of employment counseling experience for its Employment Group. This role focuses on cross-border and international employment law, supporting clients from early-stage companies to Fortune 500 organizations.

The work:

• Conduct employment due diligence for corporate transactions and M&A
• Draft and negotiate employment agreements, retention agreements, and restrictive covenants
• Advise on employment policies, practices, and compliance across jurisdictions
• Counsel on reductions in force, terminations, and employee mobility issues
• Provide ongoing employment law guidance on regulatory and transactional matters
• Collaborate with the firm's international offices on global employment matters

What they're looking for:

• 3+ years of employment counseling experience (domestic or international)
• International experience required for candidates with 5+ years
• Strong academic credentials from a recognized law school
• AmLaw 100 firm experience preferred
• Available to work across multiple U.S. office locations with hybrid flexibility
• Salary: $260,000-$420,000 based on market and experience
