This leading global law firm maintains one of the world's most respected intellectual property practices, with particular strength in trade mark law. The London office houses the team managing the firm's global brand protection work for some of the world's most recognizable brands.

The work:

• Managing international trade mark portfolios for multinational clients across multiple jurisdictions
• Advising on trade mark clearance, registrability, and filing strategy
• Coordinating global filing programs and working with overseas counsel
• Handling UK and EU trade mark registrations, objections, and appeals
• Managing opposition, cancellation, and invalidity proceedings
• Advising on infringement enforcement, cease-and-desist matters, dispute resolution, and trade mark litigation
• Providing counsel on domain names, online brand protection, and counterfeit issues
• Advising on licensing arrangements and brand-related due diligence for transactions

What they're looking for:

• 4+ years of post-qualification experience in trade mark law
• Strong technical knowledge of UK and EU trade mark procedures and substantive law
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage varied caseloads and competing deadlines
• Commercial awareness and client-focused approach
