Patent Litigation Associate, London · Leading International Technology Firm

Patent litigation role in our London office, working on complex, high-value disputes often spanning multiple jurisdictions. You'll advise clients in technology and life sciences sectors on patent enforcement, infringement analysis, validity challenges, and freedom-to-operate questions.

The work:

• Lead or support UK patent litigation matters from strategy through resolution
• Analyze patent validity and infringement issues, including technical assessment
• Coordinate multi-jurisdictional disputes with colleagues across jurisdictions
• Advise on trademark, copyright, design, and other IP rights as relevant
• Support transactional IP matters where applicable
• Develop client relationships and contribute to business development

What they're looking for:

• 3-7 years of post-qualification experience (all levels considered)
• Solid patent litigation background, ideally from top-tier IP practices
• Technical or scientific foundation preferred
• Experience with pharmaceutical or medical device regulation a plus
• Strong analytical and drafting skills
• Comfortable handling complex technical subject matter
