The work:

• Advise on industrial relations disputes and union matters
• Provide strategic counsel aligned with business objectives
• Handle day-to-day employment and labor relations matters
• Work autonomously on client-facing legal issues

What they're looking for:

• Minimum 5 years' experience as an industrial relations lawyer
• Demonstrated expertise in union relations and industrial disputes
• Current Australian practicing certificate required
• Ability to provide practical, business-focused advice
• Strong ability to work independently
