An AmLaw 100 firm seeks income tax associates with deep expertise in international tax planning and cross-border structuring. You'll advise on complex acquisitions, business combinations, restructurings, and global expansions for sophisticated clients, working closely with M&A and corporate teams to integrate tax considerations into broader business strategies. Primary location is San Francisco with flexibility to work in Texas offices.

The work:

• International tax planning and cross-border structuring
• Complex M&A transaction structuring and tax advice
• Acquisitions and business combination tax planning
• Global expansion and fund structure design
• Post-implementation analysis and ongoing planning
• Collaboration with corporate and M&A teams on integrated tax strategy

What they're looking for:

• 4-7 years of experience at Am Law 100 or Am Law 200 firms
• Strong technical tax background with focus on corporate and international structuring
• Experience advising on M&A transactions
