Housing Finance Associate, Multiple US Locations · Vault Top 50 Firm

Associate with 2-5 years of experience to join the Housing Finance practice with positions in Baltimore, Minneapolis, Philadelphia, or Washington D.C. Work on commercial real estate finance transactions including multifamily lending, Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac programs, and FHA multifamily transactions.

The work:

• Commercial real estate finance transactions across multiple asset classes
• Multifamily lending programs and portfolio management
• Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and FHA multifamily program transactions
• Title insurance and survey review
• Loan origination and servicing matters
• Transactions closed across all 50 states

What they're looking for:

• 2-5 years of legal experience
• Strong academic credentials
• Experience with multifamily lenders, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, or FHA programs (preferred)
• Title insurance and survey review experience (preferred)
• Active bar license in Maryland, Minnesota, Pennsylvania, or D.C.
