The work:

• Counsel clients on visa strategy and immigration options for hiring and talent mobility
• Prepare petitions and responses for H-1B, L-1, PERM, I-140, and AOS matters
• Manage immigration compliance projects and portfolio audits
• Interact with USCIS, DOL, and State Department on client matters
• Analyze changes in immigration law and policy affecting clients

What they're looking for:

• 3-4 years of business immigration experience with emphasis on employment-based categories
• Expertise in visa strategy and petition preparation
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Client service orientation and collaborative approach
