A global law firm seeks a mid-to-senior employment attorney for roles across Chicago, New York, and the San Francisco Bay Area, advising multinational corporations on U.S. and cross-border employment matters.

The work:

• Counseling multinational clients on employment law compliance, expansion into new jurisdictions, and workforce strategy
• Structuring and advising on cross-border employment arrangements and labor implications
• Handling employment-related transaction work including M&A and restructuring
• Providing guidance on international employment law across multiple jurisdictions

What they're looking for:

• 4-6 years of experience in employment law counseling and transactional work
• Solid background in international and cross-border employment matters
• Ability to manage complex, multi-jurisdictional assignments and work across diverse teams
• Bar admission in your target state required
• Top law school education and prior top-tier law firm experience preferred
