Employment Litigation Associate, Seattle · Business Litigation Firm

A Seattle-based business litigation firm seeks an associate with 2+ years of employment litigation experience to join its practice. You'll work on a range of matters including employment litigation, wage and hour class actions, contract disputes, and business litigation.

The work:

• Legal research and document drafting (pleadings, motions, discovery)
• Depositions and trial preparation
• Document review and discovery management
• Preparation for trial and arbitration
• Client communication on legal matters

What they're looking for:

• 2+ years of civil litigation experience
• Admitted to practice in Washington
• Comfort with both state and federal court matters preferred
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Ability to manage local travel for court appearances and proceedings
