Employment Litigation Associate, San Francisco, Silicon Valley, California · Vault Top Firm

This Vault-top firm's employment litigation team represents management-side clients across technology, life sciences, and clean energy at all growth stages, from early startups to Fortune 500 companies. Mid to senior-level associates manage disputes spanning the full employment relationship, including trade secret misappropriation, non-compete enforcement, internal investigations, harassment and discrimination claims, and employment aspects of major transactions.

The work:

• Litigate employment disputes including trade secret, non-compete, harassment, and discrimination matters
• Conduct internal investigations and advise on findings
• Counsel clients on employment mobility, non-solicitation, termination, and policy issues
• Advise on employment compliance in mergers and acquisitions
• Provide day-to-day employment law counseling

What they're looking for:

• 3-5 years of management-side employment litigation and counseling experience
• California Bar membership; residency in Bay Area office required
• Strong academic credentials and written/verbal communication skills
• Experience advising high-growth technology companies preferred
• Salary: $260,000-$365,000 based on level, plus discretionary bonuses and comprehensive benefits
