Employment Litigation Associate, New York and Los Angeles · Vault Top 10 Firm

Vault Top 10 firm with leading practices in finance, M&A, private equity, restructuring, and litigation. The employment law department focuses on complex employment disputes.

The work:

• Represent clients in employment disputes, including trade secret misappropriation, non-compete enforcement, and wage-and-hour class actions
• Develop litigation strategy and prepare cases for trial or settlement
• Conduct discovery, draft pleadings and motions, and manage document review
• Handle cross-border employment issues with international components

What they're looking for:

• 3-8 years of employment litigation experience
• Substantial litigation background with employment focus preferred
• Experience with trade secrets, non-competes, or class action litigation a plus
• Bar admission in the jurisdiction where you'll work
• Strong academic credentials and law firm background

Compensation: $310,000–$435,000 annually.
