This Cleveland office of a preeminent national employment law firm seeks a mid-level associate to join its employment litigation practice. You'll represent employers on employment-related legal matters, from single-plaintiff cases to class actions and complex disputes.

The work:

• Legal research and writing (memoranda, motions, pleadings)
• Court conferences and discovery management
• Depositions and investigations
• Drafting position statements and dispositive motions
• Client counseling on employment law matters

• 3+ years of employment litigation experience
• Strong analytical and writing skills
• Licensed to practice in Ohio and good standing
