The work:

• Provide employment law advice and general counsel support to business stakeholders
• Manage compliance with workplace health and safety regulations and anti-discrimination requirements
• Handle employee relations matters and regulatory compliance issues
• Monitor legislative changes in employment law and recommend policy updates
• Engage with employment regulators and workplace relations bodies
• Support payroll remediation and other specialized employment projects

What they're looking for:

• Minimum 5 years' employment law experience in private practice or in-house roles
• Track record managing complex workplace matters in large organizations
• Knowledge of employment compliance, workplace health and safety, and regulatory engagement
• Current practicing certificate and eligibility to work in Australia
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels
