Employment Associate, San Francisco · AmLaw 100 Firm

An AmLaw 100 firm is hiring for its Labor and Employment practice in San Francisco. The role combines employment law counseling and dispute resolution work across transactional and litigation contexts.

The work:

• Advising clients on employment relationships, compliance, and workplace legal matters
• Handling disputes involving confidentiality agreements and trade secret protections
• Managing wage and hour claims and defending employment-related class litigation
• Supporting employment considerations in mergers, acquisitions, and corporate transactions
• Providing employment law guidance across litigation and advisory engagements

What they're looking for:

• 4 to 7 years of employment law experience
• Demonstrated capability in both counseling and litigation contexts
• Prior work on restrictive covenants, trade secrets, wage claims, or employment class matters preferred
• Strong analytical and written advocacy skills
• Solid academic background
• Active California bar admission required
