This is an associate opportunity with a top-tier firm's employment and labor practice in Washington, DC or Reston, Virginia. The team provides employment counsel to corporate clients on a range of employment and labor matters.

The work:

• Advising clients on employment law compliance, regulatory requirements, and statutory obligations
• Drafting and negotiating executive employment agreements, separation agreements, and related documentation
• Handling employment-related aspects of mergers, acquisitions, and corporate transactions
• Litigation and dispute resolution in employment matters
• Counseling clients on employment strategy, risk mitigation, and workplace policies

What they're looking for:

• 1–3 years of employment and labor law experience
• Strong academic credentials and analytical skills
• Excellent writing and communication abilities
• Prior litigation experience is a plus
• Candidates who are self-directed and can manage multiple client matters
