Employment and Labor Associate, Reston · Leading Technology Firm

Leading technology firm with multiple offices seeking employment counsel to join the labor and employment practice in the Reston/DC area. You will advise clients on employment law compliance and strategy.

The work:

• Advise clients on statutory and regulatory compliance in employment matters
• Draft and negotiate executive employment and separation agreements
• Handle employment dimensions of M&A transactions
• Provide litigation support for employment disputes as needed

What they're looking for:

• 1-3 years of broad experience in employment counseling and compliance
• Strong academic background and communication skills
• Solid understanding of statutory and regulatory frameworks in employment law
• Some litigation experience a plus
• Virginia or DC bar admission preferred

Compensation: $225K-$260K. Firm offers generous parental leave, fertility benefits, and four weeks of vacation annually.
