Join a global law powerhouse's flexible legal resourcing platform for a 4-5 month full-time contract role in Perth, Australia. This engagement is with a large multinational organization requiring an experienced employment and industrial relations lawyer.

The work:

• Advisory on employee relations and regulatory compliance
• Fair Work Act matters, modern awards, and national employment standards
• Discrimination law and workplace health and safety compliance
• Liaison with Fair Work Ombudsman and industrial relations regulators
• Employment policy development and legislative change monitoring
• Management of complex employment matters across the full employee lifecycle
• Internal stakeholder management and external-facing issue resolution

What they're looking for:

• Minimum 6 years employment law experience with employee relations specialty
• Strong knowledge of Australian employment law frameworks
• Experience with employment regulators and administrative bodies
• Policy development and legislative analysis capability
• Commercial awareness and risk management focus
• Ability to influence and negotiate complex matters
• Senior-level operational and analytical skills
